Persona Atlas operates this site. These terms govern the assessment, digital reports, AI advisor and pair readings. Please read them alongside the Privacy Policy before using the service.
Using the service and keeping your report secure
The assessment and basic results are free and available without an account. Your report code can reopen your report. Keep it private as you would any access link. Before sharing a card or pair invitation, check which details the recipient will see.
To purchase digital content, you must be legally able to enter the transaction or have permission from a parent or guardian. Minors should use the service with a parent or guardian’s guidance.
Pricing, payment and delivery
Full reports, AI follow-up packs and deep pair readings are separate purchases. Confirming a purchase authorizes the charge in the currency and amount shown at checkout, including any applicable taxes. Purchases are one-time charges with no automatic renewal or top-up.
Confirmed purchases unlock features on the corresponding report or pair reading. AI content may take time to generate. Follow-up packs add questions to the current report. Credits cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash or used on a different report. If a confirmed payment does not unlock access, keep your report or pair code and order receipt and contact support.
CNY checkout uses Xunhu Pay for WeChat Pay or Alipay. The English and Traditional Chinese sites check out in USD through Waffo Pancake, which is also available to Simplified Chinese visitors outside mainland China. For purchases through Waffo Pancake, Waffo acts as merchant of record and handles payment, taxes, receipts and payment disputes under the buyer terms shown at its checkout.
Refunds and billing disputes
Delivered digital content and used follow-up credits are generally ineligible for change-of-mind refunds. Contact support to review duplicate charges, missing delivery or an unused follow-up pack. Your statutory refund, withdrawal and other consumer rights apply.
For a refund or billing inquiry, email the order number, payment date and a description of the issue. Keep your payment password and full card number private. Approved refunds are issued through the original payment channel.
AI output and use of content
Some readings and answers are generated by third-party AI models, currently served by Alibaba Cloud Model Studio by default. Results depend on your answers and model output and may contain errors or omissions. Use them for personal reflection and consult a qualified professional for medical, psychological, financial or legal decisions.
You retain your rights to what you submit and give us permission to process it as needed to provide the service. You may read your report for personal use and use the site’s sharing features. Intellectual property rights apply to the site’s materials, question bank and software.
Acceptable use
Submit only content you have permission to use. Impersonation, unauthorized access to or disclosure of someone else’s report, privacy or intellectual property violations, fraud, bypassing access or payment controls, and disruptive scraping or requests are prohibited.
We may restrict access to address abuse, security risks or legal requirements. Contact support if you paid for content that has yet to be delivered.
Changes and dispute resolution
We date revisions on this page and announce material changes on the site. Contact support to try to resolve a dispute, or seek relief from a competent court or authority. Your statutory consumer rights continue to apply.
