Privacy Policy
Persona Atlas operates this service and is responsible for the personal data we collect through assessments, reports, AI features and orders.
Information we process
Assessments and pair readings: your answers, personality type, dimension scores, report code, pair invitation code, and any nickname and relationship type you provide. AI features also record your questions, generated readings or replies, generation status and usage.
Transactions and support: order ID, amount, payment channel and status, transaction identifiers and callbacks from the payment provider, and anything you send to support. Payment providers handle full card numbers and payment credentials on their pages. We do not store those credentials.
Usage analytics: random visitor and session identifiers, page paths, referral sources, device, browser, language, approximate country or region, and time spent. Our first-party analytics exclude raw IP addresses and remove report codes from recorded paths.
Purposes and legal bases
We use your answers to generate and recover reports, transaction details to process and deliver purchases, and submitted content to provide the AI features you choose. We also respond to support requests. Where applicable, this processing is necessary to provide the service you request.
We use activity data to secure the service, prevent abuse, diagnose problems and improve features. Where permitted, these purposes rely on our legitimate interests in operating and protecting the service. We also process information when legally required or when we obtain your consent.
Cookies, local storage and analytics
Language preference and random visitor cookies last one year. The visit session cookie expires after about 30 minutes of inactivity. Your browser also stores report data and pending pair invitations so you can resume. You can clear or restrict site data in your browser. Doing so may affect report shortcuts and preferences.
Alongside first-party analytics, we use Vercel Web Analytics to understand site usage.
Service providers and data sharing
Hosting and database providers, including Vercel and Neon, process the data needed to run the site. AI features send relevant dimension scores, representative answers, and any questions, conversation context or pair reading details needed by the feature to a third-party model service. The default provider is Alibaba Cloud Model Studio. Avoid including identity documents, contact details or other people’s sensitive information in your input.
CNY payments are handled by Xunhu Pay and your chosen channel, WeChat Pay or Alipay. If you use Waffo Pancake once its checkout is available, Waffo handles payment information, including card details entered on its pages, under its own privacy policy.
We do not sell personal information. We may disclose data in response to lawful requests or share it with your consent. Providers may process data outside your region. Applicable cross-border transfer requirements govern those transfers.
Data retention and security
We retain assessments, reports and related AI content so they can be recovered and used again. We keep order and payment records as needed for delivery, reconciliation, disputes and legal obligations. We keep analytics and support records as needed for analysis, troubleshooting and responding to requests.
We use HTTPS in production and restrict access to administrative tools. We handle security incidents and provide any notices required by applicable law. Share report codes or pair links with care, as anyone who holds the access link may be able to view the associated content.
Your rights, minors and policy updates
Depending on applicable law, you can request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction or objection, or withdraw consent for processing based on consent. Email us to make a request. We may verify your access to the relevant data and will handle your request within the applicable legal timeframe. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
Minors should use the service with a parent or guardian’s guidance. Parents and guardians can contact support to inquire about or request deletion of a child’s data. We date revisions on this page and announce material changes on the site.
